Haha welcome Mick.
What Hippy's trying to tell you is that a common question (let me guess, your budget's about £500?) and that by searching discussions you'll find the answer. (And a long diatribe about BLB).

Test-rides?
If we acronymise the 3 bikes under scrutiny:
SS - Nazi police = not good, Stainless Steel = goood, SingleSpeed = OK
BP - oil company = not good, Financial indicator = OK?
CP - UNIX copy command = good.. (it is by definition a copy, can you handle that)
I think you can see where I'm going here so go buy a Fuji and be happy.. FT - Financial Times -

there's something very nice about a brand new, box fresh bike..
not that I get to experience it first hand as I'm too poor for new bikes.
I really want a new bike, of carbon and with gears..
