what are those tools that hold spoke nipple at the end so you dont drop them in rims as much called?

and where can i find one?

You can screw the nipple onto a spare spoke the wrong way, then poke it through a deep rim using that..
Those grabbers are for poseurs.

Cotton bud, cut in the middle at an angle to give a point. Stick it in the nipple and you're sorted.

Just to solve the OPs problem, if cotton buds and whatchamacallits prove elusive, you can do worse than this, a bent spoke;

Good for deep Vs, no good at all for recessed nipple rims, as you need to grab the one you're feeding on to unwind the tool.
