I’m glad that’s too big!
Anyone know why this has the extra cable stops along the TT?
Yeah maybe. I have many other projects that could fulfil the actually riding them plan.
Yeah that’s strange. Can’t see why they’d be there. Wasn’t that seller on here or is still on here. Tempting as my size too 🤔
One I am starting to put together having got all the pieces is this baanfiets. I’ve had it for ages and managed over the years to get together a complete campag c record pista group set together for not huge outgoings.
absolute beauty! (NDS fail)
I'll dig mine out today and get some photos up... still collecting correct parts for it...
Early baanfiets on eBay and Marktplaats - seller also has a 49cm AB and a 753 CM
Love gazelle track frames. So sick.
From time to time I think about the light purple one I saw on pedalroom, only to see it get repainted black by the dipshit who owned it. I think that'd be my dream color for one of these.
Edit: felt inspired to do some window shopping.
They just look like guides for the housing
Yeah they are but why the double set? The first one stops the cable outer... the second presumably allows an additional length of cable outer along the length of the top tube, the a stop, then another for the final length of outer to reach the rear brake leaving two short sections of inner cable exposed... seems odd, I don’t understand the point of the second set
Got my baanfiets our for some fettling... need to find some proper dust caps (and put the pedals on)
small aa super tt frame
I don't actually know, something about keeping the cable straight/avoiding friction?
Maybe aesthetic? The whole frame is beautiful
Under tension the cable would be straight and adding an additional length of outer would only increase the friction on the inner but yeah, frame is a beauty as you say!
I do think it looks good as well (the cable guides/stops)
First proper ride on it today. Its lovely!
A blast from the past but was wondering if you’ve any more photos of your CM125 with Deltas @erikfox?
I'll ping him on facebook, don't think he comes here that often any more
Nice touch with the Vredestein tyres 👌
I want to like the hoods but it’s black/white or gum only for me...
Can we see more? Did you colour match the seatpost or does it come with the frame?
How is the ride?
Every frame came with a matching seatpost.
I found these blue hoods years ago, a coincidence they matches this Gazelle.
I rides perfectly, 100% in balance. Typical nineties oversized steel caracteristics, but with lighter forks perhaps
