Anyone got a XL steel hardtail they are looking to sell? 44mm head tube preferably
That’s not on the list

Yet. Numbers in Vaud and Valais are not looking good according to Cycliste.
As long as it doesn’t go on the list before I travel then my insurance is valid.
@PhilDAS 's new gravel bike is here!
Bike? Frame? Budget?
10/10 Would ride
Oh good, another black carbon bike with tanwalls is what was missing from my life
I take it @Dick is the target market?
100/10 will order - just prevented me ordering an Open WI.DE...
Was thinking frame and forks maybe.
Budget is tricky. It is for a mate. Thinking £300 for frame and sus forks. Not a lot I know...
I sold my On One Inbred complete build a couple of years ago for £4-500 I think. That would be ideal. He is new to it and just fancies something like my 29er
Not dibs the possibly now redundant Cannondale Scalpel?
Newer shinier things. Like a magpie
That's certainly keeping the most used part of the stanchions protected
I presume the bike faces forwards on the car roof?
Anyone got a decent 120mm 1 1/8th straight steerer fork for sells?
There's a product by RSP called Hyper Wiper for the wiper steals- pop it on, compress, wipe off the crap.
As for servicing you'll know when it needs doing, as it'll feel like it takes a bit more effort to get moving. As for the oil, if it isn't used for damping, get either 1 step lighter, or there's a product called Superglis that is commonly used by tuning workshops. I know that it's been pretty hot recently but it doesn't really get hot enough generally for your fork to need 30wt oil. Also Motorex is a damn sight cheaper than Rockshox or Fox's oils, and contains additives to prevent stick slip and cavitation.
Another thing to do when servicing the fork is to remove the ridiculous amount of grease in the air spring. There was a cm of grease on the top of the piston head, and no oil.
Don't forget to take your shock pump ;-)
Just go ride your bike, Neil.
I intend to.
I'm looking to buy a Marino. Postage includes 2 frames, anyone want to split costs?
Do you need a custom frame?
