  • About 6 of us multi-DASed B0N0R outside the Jolly Butcher's on Stoke Newington High Street. You looked alarmed.

and HHSB'd up with a trispoke on your back..

    hope that's for Saturday!

haha i would have responded with a skid but i didn't have a clue what was being shouted at me/thought it was just abuse till i recognized some faces but by then it was too late. Gave a wave but i think i was already out of view by that point.
I'm tryna get the day off work, would really like to do it again(hopefully not be so slow this time)

  • Nice chat and a grope from Braker on Theobalds Road.

    Have you been doing squats?

  • dark haired lady with earphones in riding Eversholt street towards Camden this afternoon. Purple and silver, all chrome, brakeless. Would have attempted to figure out a make, but it was so shiny, I was slightly scared of looking directly at it.

  • Some dickhead on a hybrid with olive green cargo pants and a MTB helmet trying to race me from Old St. all the way up Upper st. to Highbury.

The most dickish irresponsible riding I've seen yet. Shouting at pedestrians, RLJing, undercutting everything and almost knocking me over as he squeezed in between me and a lorry in order to ........ RLJ again.

Treating your commute like a time trial whilst also not knowing anything about riding a bike (must have shifted gears about 300 times) AND being slow as fuck and needing to RLJ every light to keep up just makes you look silly, mate.

  • I spotted somebody on a loaded touring bike on Tooley St riding to Hong Kong only last year. Clive is only trying to avoid confusion.

    Oh, I miss Emily!

  • rollapaluza rider in regents park this evening on a black canyon and then corny with wheels on his back riding down kentish town highstreet

  • I think I confused the hell out of a ped at the junction of Goswell Road / Old Street today by shouting "Dammit! Dammit!" over his head.

Nice to see you Dammit. Sorry for my sightly awkward quick-fire questions about cats/DIY/foot. Lunch break banter has never been my strength.

Also, I forgot you were so tall. Just sayin'.

Nice to see you, I was doing the standard "walk along staring at phone reading emails" thing - modern day blinkers.

  • Chatting with some guy about gear ratios after nipping over Waterloo Bridge about 30 mins ago. Hey buddy!

  • Hell yeah. I was thinking of you in the Keirin as I zoomed past his ass. (was on the Rourke)

Never underestimate anyone from the lfgss! zoom zoom zoom!

  • Pack of poloengers in the Clapton Hart around 6pm.

  • Spotted a hilarious guy on a hybrid MTB thing at parliament square earlier, olaying eurotrance shit really loudly from his musical backpack and moving his head in time to the music. Literally lol'd. Respect for collossal twatishness, impressive. Hope to god you're 'on here'.

    Forever aphone.

  • Saw a really nice blue metallic fixed 'porteur' bike locked up by Deutsche Bank on Bishopsgate on my way home from work at 5pm. I'm sure I've seen a photo of it on the forum at some point. Had sit-up-and-beg bars with light brown (possibly leather) bar tape and a chrome front rack with wooden slats. Tres bon!

  • Cinelli Vigorelli with risers or flats heading across harrow road towards queens park, I DAS'd you but I you blanked me.
I was walking with a big bag on my way back home from holidays.

hmm nice blue metallic as in cannondale track metallic?

  • no, a bit darker than that, but it had ordinary lugs, looked like a good quality 531 or something

  • Public service announcement.

There's a hairy chap with longish dark hair who cycles home in the evenings along the Chelsea Embankment on (I think) a mountain bike.

Please tell him not to, or buy some proper cycling shorts. Or any shorts that aren't white tennis shorts that go totally transparent when wet. These are not designed for hirsute gentlemen to wear 'commando'.
I'm normally a fairly lazy, relaxed cyclist, so it's killing me having to overtake him like a huffing, spluttering n00b all the time but my eyes simply can't bear to be behind him.

    I've seen him, he's a hoot.

  • I've seen him, he's hot.

    .

  • Cliveo cleat-walking along Cheapside.

I was off to buy a jelly mould so that we can set someone's mouse in jelly for when they get back from leave. #stoleitfromtheoffice
