Joke from an exenger friend...
Whats the difference between a courier and a park bench?
A park bench can support a family of four.Happens to be true as well.

Hey guys sorry ive been slack, been away coaching in Newport last 6 days. I wont be doing the Saturday rides from now on as I am away coaching this weekend then away skiing after that I will be doing track efforts at Burgess Hill.
If you want to get a group together still for Saturday morning email me at lee@performancecyclecoaching.com and I will circulate an email to everyone with your emaiols on so you can all sort hooking up. If you want to do track/sprint effort get in touch and I will tell you what I am doing cheers

Thanks for the encouragement boys. Would have been the highlight were it not for Zoe Ball honking the horn of her 4x4 for encouragement while she waited for us to run past her house!
Managed 1.58 which I'm really chuffed with, was forecasting a 2.07 based on previous runs and more realistically aiming for a 2.15 after my man flu..
But a good dose of porridge and htfu set me up for a really good time for me...
