Virtual backgrounds or blur in online meetings when you are in the office.
Fair enough if you are joining from your bedroom or something and don't want to share your home with random people but when you are in the office turn the irritating thing off.
Virtual backgrounds were amusing for the first 10 minutes of WFH. The blur though I find less distracting, as allows you to focus on the caller, not on something in the background that's inevitably more interesting. Also, blur for confidential information on walls.
you toast a crumpet and a hot cross bun on the same setting?!
You have Tory mates?!
Honestly...this forum is going to the dogs
Plz, hot cross buns go under the grill.
Not in my house, toaster all the way.
Hot cross buns are disgusting.
I forgot to buy crumpets today. I hate that.
I feel your pain, but not fully, I've got 9 hanging around over here.
Poor baby Jesus.
Couldn't eat a whole one of those either.
They're not too hard to cook if you put the little cross horizontally, just don't let the vicar know.
With or without the baby Jesus?
That's no way to live
Bastard ain't gonna cook right if he ain't supported. Don't worry if he comes out a little flat though, just cook him three days in advance and he rises perfectly.
This is wrong. HCBs are one of the top tier baked goods.
You're going to Hell in a handcart, still, beats the shit out of going to Heaven on a cross.
Like everyone else I'll plough into the fork of the road and that'll be that.
Thinking of forks, bring a toasting one, see you there. Valhalla may be an appealing option (lack of harps and choirs works for me) but I doubt it exists, oblivion beckons.
I do exactly the same as your wife - with the same consequences, but I don’t know why. I can see it’s annoying but I simply don’t clock I’m doing it
Biting the inside of my lip.
God knows what’s changed in the last 3 years but it’s suddenly (in my mid fifties) become a regular habit when eating.
Damn, it hurts the first time.....but the second....and third. Dear god!
Installing new pads in BB7s and having to set them up again. :-(
Have you seen the guide here? it’s made the job much more straightforward for me.
Not urgent at all but similarly frustrating...
