Ever since they started to vaporize on people's heads?

Almost worth watching ITV to see how, or if, P&P deal with this.
If you check this transcript of an interview with Phil recently you'll see he seems very actually to have lost his mind and is making up facts to fit a world view where EPO was actually legal in the late 90's so if it was in an LA sample that was fine!

Brilliant Sky gallery from yesterday
Including a smashed up Kask

This much is true: he's very good at coming second
Someone has to. If he can win the points jersey doing it, more power to him. I'm sure he'd love a stage win but not everyone can manage that when all the fastest riders in the world are racing.

Fair play to him if he can, although you'd be a brave man to bet against Sagan at the moment. There is a lot of racing left of course

Guess who writes a column for De Telegraaf who published the "6 months suspension" story? Which has been denied by Garmin?

They won't say a dickie bird.
They hardly even mention much when someone gets done in the tour whilst they're covering it.

Didn't Liggett defend Landis with the classic line "his parents are religious, so he won't dope"?

can't really be complaining now. live reporting from lmnh. tdf on the tv all day all week.
tons of good reading and massive photo coverage post/pre race. love july -

you there Erik? Just been watching.
Sprint point at 92k, be interesting to see who chases it. Greipel hasn't been going for them, he may know after his win yesterday raises him into contention for green. The danger is if there is a lack of a dominant sprinter and the points get shared around a lot, a climber or a GC contender may nick it later on, like Rodriguez in the Giro. Sagan will probably pick up more points at the intermediates in the lumpy stages
-
• #567
since there has been plenty of mention of Eurosport ads, I do like the Specialized one with Boonen
-
• #568
Cav takes the intermediate ahead of Goss and Sagan, Greipel didn't bother. I guess that answers my question
-
• #569
cav will be in for all flatland intermediate sprints since its comparably safe and easy sprints for him next to bunch sprints in the end. Only a few sprinters already at the front of the peloton rotation will contest leftover points after a 4man breakaway.
-
• #570
all the riders serious about green will do, need to keep that point score ticking over

It's fucking dull today..

Well I got that wrong, they did have a little chat in order to poo-poo it and blame the media for stirring things up.
They're shit scared that all thier Lance idolisation will have been fruitless and will have to admit they themselves rode with doped riders.
-
• #573
They have been discussing it on Eurosport, essentially dismissing it as speculation and to wait for the hearing until we have proper facts.
I really like the seat stays on the Euskatel bikes

Apparently "No comment" = "Denying they testified" in P+P land.
