Not really Oliver, but then again, maybe.
I did try to get the review ball rolling with, the Tyre Reviews thread; but it didn't catch on.

Yes, it's been slow to start. I just found the above experience very interesting.

I just picked up one of these:
http://www.lezyne.com/index.php/products/hand-pumps/road-drive.htmlRated to 160psi, nice metal body. Pressure gauge built into valve tube.
Hopefully won't have a use for it, but it's light, strong and looks like it will do the job

someone been to cycle fit recently?
i like the look of this pump http://www.lezyne.com/index.php/products/hand-pumps/micro-floor-drive-hpg.html
however i still stand by the carharrt mini pump that they gave away, easily does 110 psi and can go higher if given elbow grease
-
• #106
james, who made the carhartt pump?
-
• #107
it has the logo 'air supply" which might be an australian manufacturer
http://www.bikepro.com.au/index.php?module=Website&action=ProductDetails&content=1981
looks similar but has a pressure guage as well, manufacturer reckons you can get 140 psi out of it, they are clearly more proficient wankers than me

i used someones carhartt mini pump at polo the other night, great pump. similar to a mini morph.
where they being given away?

this is what i am thinking of, the micro floor pump is a beautiful piece of design, especially the little pressure gauge;

-
• #111
woah that is lovely. i want one of those. i dont normally like having pumps attached to my frame, but i might have to get a nicer bike to attach to that pump.
-
• #112
Are these any good? I'm planning to get one tomorrow, £20 is my limit for pumps.
-
• #113
Don't get mini pump, just get a proper track pump, they're a lots easier to pump, like this;

+1
get a good track pump first, but you'll probably end up buying a mini pump to take with you in the end. it's good to have both.

• #116
Well, I was after a minipump to keep in my bags at all times?
Id like to order from wiggle as ordering tyres from there as well. -

Whilst a track pump is a VERY worthwhile piece of kit to have, I'd say a mini/frame pump is the one to get first. You're far less likely to puncture at home :/
I've had no shit with the little £13 Topeak jobby that Wiggle have. The one that's 222mm long, and pumps up plenty. I've even carried it sticking out the rear zipped pocket on some 3/4 shorts, and it doesn't interfere with pedalling/fall out.

a bit more than £20, but might be a good compromise.

That is a good pump yes, but it will take some work for someone of your size to get tyres to 120psi (no offence intended).
I carry this in my bag and love it to bits:
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Topeak_Road_Morph_With_Gauge/5360036955/This is the mini version and is only a few quid more expensive than the one you linked:
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Topeak_Mini_Morph_Pump/5360022931/Equally as good as mine if you get the technique right.

None taken, you've met me and know what I look like.
The 2nd one, looks good.. hm -

The 2nd one, looks good.. hmGet it. They are very well designed and rigid as fuck so (probably) won't break in your bag.

i have the topeak one BMMF suggested and it's a good pump, but it does take quite a bit of umpf to get up to 100psi let alone its rated pressure.
i've also used the mini version of the 2nd one maxcrowe mentioned and i find it a bit awkward to use because of the offset handle. but then i've got big hands so there's quite a bit of pressure on the palm.
-
• #124
So would it be alright on very small hands?
-
• #125
Those mini-floor pump things might be the best compromise if you're never going to get a track pump for home use...
... but you are going to get a track pump for home use, aren't you ;)
