In the light of doing long distance rides and training for the Dunwich Dynamo this might be an interesting event. It's the Jan van Speijk Memorial being held in Holland on saturday the 16th of june. It's basically an alleycat over roundabout a 100 kilometres between the northern tip of Holland (Den Helder) and Amsterdam. The route will go mainly over the cyclelanes in the dunes next to the coastline and has about 2 or 3 checkpoints in between. Probably very easy to follow aswell (just follow the cycle lane al the way south till you hit Amsterdam...).
And for those of you who wondered who Jan van Speijk was:
If there is any interest I'll contact the guys in A'dam and try to set it up. Places to sleep will be no problem I guess.
