Head angle is 73° on all sizes, something about the tube shaping* does make it look slack but if you apply your protractor to the screen you'll see that it is the shape described in the geometry chart.

*possibly the tapered head tube

Certainly seemed to steer perfectly normally when I was riding one last weekend. Even with the handlebars about a foot higher than I'm used to on track.
