I guess it's a pretty standard looking modern bike, quite alot like that around.

Also it's unusual to see a utilitarian machine in here. Bikes designed or adapted to carry lots of stuff usually end up in the functional thread.

Reckon it needs a black stem, slammed, and a 130BCD crank for full porn, also not sure what's up with that head tube treatment. The big disagreement between HT and ST angles isn't really working for me either, but these are all pretty minor niggles aside from the stem.
