Well you say that, but if you look at it as an art piece that expresses the futility of function over form it could be argued that it’s a bargain.
Look at the way the pump nipple is in direct conflict with the bottle mounts, or the way the lock means the other cage is pointless, or the light pointing at the ground behind the front of the tyre. It is a work of genius.
