I'd say that ticks a lot of boxes. Handlebar foam looks in incredible condition given supposed age.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like it is a Francaise des Jeux team bike. 700c rear and 650c front and aluminium, so I am guessing 1990's. Is it a Tour de France map on the front fork? Full Dura Ace groupset, with Campy? shifters. ITM Dual CX handlebars. Horrible rear wheel. I suppose I could live with this. Not the best paint scheme, but beggers can't be choosers right?!

I may just take you up on that. I have a Surly that I need to pick up at some point in the UK with the ferry from Dieppe, so this is not to far away.
