Apollo for £20 in Warrington ends in a couple of hours. I'm not sure what hi tensile tubing is but it's got vertical drop outs and fairly tight geometry.

If anyone goes for this, I could facilitate as currently based in Toronto
I buy a fair bit off bidspotter and buyer's premium is usually 15% of hammer price with VAT on top of all that.
So if you win something at £10, you'll pay £13.80. Then you have to pick it up because they almost never deliver.
