Is this realy a Hetchins ? Nice (weird) fork crown, but the frame lugs look too plain to me.

My hetchins has similar frame lugs to this, and the straight rear stays. The Italia model often had them

I would guess it's a bob Jackson "Hetchins" from after Bob Jackson bought the hetchins name. They continued to make fancy curly frames but also made cheaper ones.

Pretty sure it's just a stand for when the bike is stationary. It folds inwards when you want to ride.

Large wheel at the back and smaller wheel up front. They call it low gravity for low centre of gravity. Never seen one modernised though??
