Nothing can quite prepare you for riding at Palace apart from riding at Palace, so just go for it and see how you do. Amazing course, I really enjoy my 10 to 15 mins before I'm usually dropped!
I'm back to my 2012 aim of finishing in the bunch, then I'll be pleased with my season!
