Witnessed this happen at about 8.50 this morning. Guy passed the inside of a car heading north on the A2 which turned onto Glengall Road, wiping him out (and her wing mirror in the process).
Got and shared all the details plus waited with him for the ambulance / police and and gave a statement.
It's hard to apportion blame for this one. I'm pretty sure (the sun was very low) she was indicating before he went down the inside but she should have looked before making the turn.
Both were obviously shook up. It looks like nothing was broken but he had a large swelling on his right hip (ooer). Oxygen and a trip to hospital for an x-ray.
