Not worth it, are you happy to carry all the extra weight just so you can keep a bike inside? it's nearly 4kg (2kg each), a huge weight that'll be noticable, and quite likely take up a lots of space in your panniers.
Better off getting one of those normal 2 person tent that tend to weight around 2kg, so you two only have 1kg of tent to carry (like the Talas 200).
If you're worried about bicycles getting stolen while you've having a nap, take precaution like an alarm combo lock, string tie to your arm, etc.
