Sorry I didn't notice the age of the topic.
In Dec 2011 the V2 Ponpino was on sale ( http://web.archive.org/web/20120111204715/http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FROOPV2/on_one_pompino_frame_2011) with a 420 mm chainstay. As was the V1 with unfortunately a TBC chainstay length. In Jan of that year the chainstay length of the V1 was as listed as TBC.
I also checked the Pompetamine which is based on the same frame but I suppose could have longer chainstays to accommodate fatter tyres. In Dec 2011 its chainstay length was 420 mm, http://web.archive.org/web/20111125055703/http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FROOPOMPET/on_one_pompetamine_cro_mo_urban_frame. But in Jan of 2011 it was TBC. Unsure if the frame was changed or someone found a tape measure.
