I like it dallas. I was just thinking actually, oh, perhaps I should make more effort then, but really I'm only going to ride it round in (near enough) circles, not into space.
My approach to old steel rims is a bit more like in that picture. I find blocks of wood and c-clamps work well.
That Wheel Fanatyk tension meter does seem a nice bit of kit mind.
