How the SEWTTS will work

To make joining and entering cycling Time Trials easy and accessible for everyone, administrator Rebecca has even set up a free to join “Newcomers Cycling Club,” meaning that riders not already affiliated to a club are able to participate.

I imagine that some of these will be accessible enough to forumengers, although some are quite far afield. There's one in Richmond Park, though (where I expect the speed limit will be waived for participants in the event?).
