Retroshift doesn't fit SRAM thumbies. Well it didn't when I was looking in to it last year. It was shimano only.
Cheapest 10 speed mech, cheapest 10 speed shifter, cheapest ring & chain retention if you need it.
SRAM x7 type 2 short cage, Apex shifter, ring of your choice could be a good bet but the shifters are pricey unless bought used.
