no size guide based on just your height will give you a "this is your size" answer, your best bet is too look at the competitive cyclist fit calculator, and then pick the size that has the closest effective top tube to your reccomended one.
or answer this for a quicker answer: how tall are you, whats your inseam, do you have particularly long/short arms/legs?
