Were you speaking to Gina? If so, get her to give you the tracking number and you'll be able to follow it via Parcelforce.com - you'll see that there are import charges to pay days before you recieve the letter telling you of such.

Yeah i was, i am tracking it and its been depart USPS depot for a 5 days now. How long did ago did you order it?
