yeah i used to run 110 bmx cassettes in 135 mtb frames back when i used to dirtjump. loads of people did it. just get some 14mm washers and space the hub out on either side. chainline is usually fine if you are running bmx cranks too (bmx cranks + bmx hub = perfect chainline)
