Wanted: Bits to finish a build-bars,cranks,brake, seat post

After a few bits to finish a build- thing is I'm on a strict budget of 80 quid.

So ideally I'd need
Cranks/bb
Bars-risers
Stem-quill
Brake
Seat post 27.2
Saddle.

It's optimistic I know, but I can live in hope.

What sort of quality are you after? Also, what dimensions do you need for the stem and seatpost (length?).
