Maybe that's the deal we strike.
Scots, you can have independence, your own currency, we'll remove all military bases, hell we'll even give you what's rightfully yours and you can have all the revenue left on north sea oil, but in return you get the monarchy (you've already got the infrastructure for it). Deal?
