Does the frame have a fork that could go with it? Where is the bend? The downtube?

I'll put up pictures of the damage in a bit, my laptop is still playing up. There's a crease on the top tube and a smaller but noticeable one on the downtube. The left blade of the forks is completely bent out of shape due to it taking most of the impact of the crash.

35bags seems a bit steep for a frame that will fail and leave you lying under a cement wagon.
I highly doubt anyone would try using this frame for everyday commute, it should probably be used for the parts like the track ends etc. But if it is too steep I shall lower it down.
