When I paid for the frame I knew that this wasn't going to be the easiest of builds.
From the bottom bracket I determined that this is a November 1993 Frame, so one of the last load of the first years run.
And from the Sub1 Fork, 1 1/4" headtube and original ControlTech stem, that this was the highest specced R900 2.8, although that was mainly down to groupset and finishing kit.
Now herein lies my first problem/s
There is only one 1 1/4 inch stem currently on the current market.
There is only one 1 1/4 inch headset on the current market
I've got a wanted advert trawling for anyone with anything else in these sizes they might have, but it's not looking hopeful.
