You all know checks from behind are legal (and were legal last season), right?
The only time a check from behind wasn't legal was for Geneva 2012, but that was mainly because it got confused with the check to the back rule and machine et all voted on it on day one without any kind of real reasoning.
It's your responsibility to make sure you're playing without a blind spot, look up (and behind) and live. This has been discussed on LOBP many times, etc.
A check to the back is illegal but Nick clearly makes contact with Kremin's shoulder (super clean, ideal, etc).
