Hi Masi, I called my friend's dad and he confirmed that it is a Moser in as much as it came out of the Moser stable branded as such and has not been rebranded since he got it. I am guessing though as it is obviously a Rigi, that Moser had it built by Rigi and branded Moser either as a prototype or for a special purpose (a particular race for a particular rider, perhaps even himself), this is pure speculation on my part at this stage though. My friend's dad says he will ask Moser next time he sees him, but I don't know when that might be and I guess I can't really push for him to ring up and demand information about a bike he gave him 20 years or more ago :-) so I will check to see if it has the Rigi cutouts when I go down to the cantina on Thursday to take photos with the wheels in and see if I can also figure out the fork situation. Thanks for all the help with this one chaps, appreciate all the information your provided.
