There's nothing much to heal (we'll see for sure in the morning). Most of the damage was to kit. Bike's a bit lighter now too. To be fair, that gilet is 10+ years old. The knicks were quite new though but Lusso cheapies. Helmet has a few pieces out of it but I used the one it replaced for 5 years with a huge crack in it so I'm not replacing this one so soon.
