I'm finding that a different job/commute is making me enjoy being on the bike again, although at times it feels like a slog.
Had a lot of 'I really cant be bothered' moments over the summer, so its nice to just jump on the bike and go for the moment. I think I managed 2 rides between August and October though, and 2 runs since the marathon in April!
