OK, so I undid the top bolt on my cinelli A1 stem too far and now I can't tighten it up again - it doesn't engage with the wedge or cone or whatever it is. The bolt just spins.
Now, the stem seems to be stuck fast in the headset - I can't move it up or down, the fork turns as it would do normally, etc.
My question is, as the stem seems to be stuck, is the bike safe to ride until I can get it to a bike shop this week?
