Look the point is not what technically is a bad trader and what isn't, it's that as scilly is trying very hard to make clear - this is a free platform on a community forum and as such it is a good thing that people are willing to be slightly critical and call out bad practice. It protects all of us.
In this case, the ensuing investigation proved no wrongdoing. Good, everyone has all the information and the frame could even go back up and probably sell. But 9/10 it turns out something is fishy and thus the unwitting buyer has been saved...
