The Post mount rack is good but with limitations. It won't carry too much load, I think 7kg is the max. The side frames on the one I have are not very deep so panniers can still rub on wheels low down. The special pannier bag they do is pretty pointless as it fits the side frames but the side pockets are just too small for A4 pads or a 13in laptop. It is also a pain to slide in to the fixing on the rack top. I did better with a more suitable Ortlieb dry bag bungeed to the rack. For all the negatives above, for the right load and the ability to take it on and off quickly it is really useful.
