In Royan. Crashing in a hotel for the night, Courtsey of my parents who felt sorry for me!
Wild camped my way down the coast, so cool - wild camping will make an out of anyone. So many noises in the night!! Seriously windy and rain! Or both. Going a lot slower than thought due to conditions. Going to chill here for a day and let me knees ease up a bit as they hurt. Then keep going down.
Going to get a ferry from Bilbao instead. As I have to be back for the 16th and will destroy myself trying to get around France in that time frame in these conditions.
Learnd so much. So many awese stories already. Some low point too, had to ride 2h back on myself as I lost my raincoat and gloves and hat, never found them. So lost 4h for nothing! Ha
Bike is awesome though. Should have brought mtb spds though!!! And many other things too do different next time. Got to get experience to learn.
