Regarding the whole kickstarter thing...I've been thinking about it over the last few weeks...but I'm unsure of the logistics given the cost of my bags, and how long they take to make.
I think your 'product range' works well for kick starter. Lends itself to various pledge points.
I guess it depends on whether an injection of cash, based on the promise of products later, would be of help. If it means buying equipment and space to improve the efficiency of your production. Cool. But if your production is already at its limit based on it being a one-man, handmade, affair. I cant see the benefit. On a personal note. Owing work to a thousand pledgers, might cause more stress, than the cash injection relieves.
