Got the technique Few tries and I can do it quick now. Had a few practice runs.

Key is leaving the valve till last, unlike normal. Can do it with hands. No levers. Just takes a knack as you said.
That said. My femanine hands are aching now. Need to start doing some hand workouts, at a more advanced level than typing!
