I was sent some free ones, but had used them a couple of years ago too. It's pretty much the only constant in cycling hydration for me, 1 can in a bottle, 2 or 3 in a backpack (the Camelbak things, depending on the size of the backpack).
Water is good, but Special Brew shines at making you feel hydrated, fresh and aware when water alone may be doing the job but doesn't make you feel it.
And at £1.10 per drink, it's a good cheap drink with packed lunches to help avoid the post-lunch slump.
Anyhow, no posts about Special Brew and I think the stuff rocks, so now a post on Special Brew.
I'm basically becoming addicted to this stuff.
