Pick a number you're happy with and claim for that. After all, you're not going to be able to get the exact frame you lost but something equivalent.
Indeed. UK has such variety to choose from, and such beauty it almost hurts me with joy.

Now only to cruise/fight my way through the red tape of the insurance company
