Yoga for cyclists

Greetings cyclists, yogis and friends,

I hope this finds you well as we roll slowly but surely into Autumn!

Just to let you know there are a few places left on the next 6-week YFC course which starts on Wednesday the 26th September. I will be away for week 2 (Wednesday 2nd October) so we will have one session, a week's break and then the remaining five will continue from Wednesday 9th onwards, finishing on the 6th November.

Classes take place Wednesday evenings 6 - 7.30pm at the Pullens Centre right next to Iliffe Yard - 184 Crampton St, SE17 3AE (see attached image) and the upfront course cost is £55.
