Afternoon chaps...

Moving to a new 2 bed place and going to have the second bedroom as a bike room.

I have been looking at vertical wall mounts such as this...

Are there any negative effects of using a vertical wall mount?

Are there different kinds I should consider?

Do you have any other recommendations concerning such a device?

Don't bother with the ones you posted the bit that isn't the hook that the tyre sits in doesn't really do anything except get in the way.

You can get 2 simple hooks for under a fiver that will do the same job just as well.

My bike storage area currently has 5 hooks (first one like the ones you posted all the others cheap ones) and they work fine.
