Sion Hill...? Bathwick Hill is the main one up to the Uni from town no?
Bath's actually pretty good to ride around. You can always beat the traffic into town and there are plenty of options for hill reps without going too far from your door. I used to do North Rd, Bathwick Hill, Ralph Allen Drive, and Widcombe Hill in less than 20 miles door to door.
