I could imagine it being white, or Grecian White how they called it at Cinelli that time. white is the third coat at present. when I strip the paint, I will try to identify the original coat, if it's still on the frame. however repainting is inevitable if I try to properly treat the rusty areas.
I'd even be happy with decals on the chrome, I prefer that to the Cinelli silver.
