It's a 7-speed derailleur chain. If I ever needed a 7-speed derailleur chain, I'd get a 708 or an 808, whichever was cheaper, but bearing in mind that the extra length of the 808 might be needed on some bikes.
As a singlespeed chain, a 708 is pointless because other Wippermann alternatives are better and cheaper.
