Just driven back from Crystal Palace and there's a serious incident on Catford Road south towards Catford Gyratory.
Twitter says a woman was knocked down and killed by an M&S lorry (along with some insensitive / gory / horrific comments). No mention of a bike.
Fingers crossed it isn't a fatality but when I passed, there were 6 or 7 police cars and vans along with three rapid response ambulance vehicles. Blue tarpaulin was on the rear left side of the lorry.
