What's the rear spacing on your pomp? The standard is 120mm so if you want to use those wheels will be 130mm. So your options are; 1) cold set the rear, 2) rebuild the hub, 3) use a surly fixer and run a SS cog.
I'd coldset it. I recon the freewheel hubs on those wheels will be better than any freewheel cog you'll be able to stick on. Plus why fuck around with threads when you have a cassette.
On the cranks, why don't you use the ones on there? You can use a single speed 3/32 chain on a 10 speed, you don't need a 10 speed specific chain as far as I know. Also worth pointing out that there are plenty of 130BCD chainrings that aren't expensive. I think I've got a 42t Silver TA one. If you're interested let me know and I'll have a look.
If you use a decent DA style QR then I recon you'd be fine with a QR. Otherwise you could prob switch out the axle.
