I am poping down to the specialized store in covent garden, going that way anyway. I am gonna pretend I never had that phone conversation with that guy from the specialized office. They can send away the tubes if they want. And I do not believe they are not aware of the issue as many here have had similar experience. Will see what happens, I personally won't be using these tubes again, as I hate nothing more than have to fix a puncture, but I am sure some people who only cycle occasionally would appreciate these tubes and maybe they will have better luck than me.
